Delivery

Traditionally NLP trainings have taken place in-class, face to face with trainers and classmates. This has proven, over time, to provide quality experiential learning with the opportunity for safe and ethical practice of the techniques and technology of NLP.

With the advent of internet technology, there are many online or ‘blended’ (a mixture of online and in-class) courses now offered. When considering these types of courses we encourage you to compare the content and hours of study with traditional trainings, and to ensure there is adequate one-on-one supervision (e.g. over Skype) to compensate where there is no or minimal other face to face contact with the trainer.

Should you opt for online or blended training, please note the following excerpt from point 1. of our Professional Membership Criteria:

"How NZANLP defines in-class learning may include technology and reading based distance learning components at the discretion of the Registration Board and/or Management Committee. In such cases additional evidence of the quality and extent of the learning may be required."

How will you use your NLP training?

Some NLP Trainers focus more on a particular aspect/use of NLP, so it’s important to have a clear outcome in mind when choosing your trainer.
